PHYSICAL PLANNING MINISTRY SERVES CONTRAVENTION NOTICES ON BONDED TERMINALS, SEALS BUILDINGS IN OKOTA

The Lagos State Ministry of PhysicalPlanning and Urban Development, on Wednesday, served Contravention Notices on three bonded container terminals and sealed 16 other buildings constructed illegally in Okota within Oshodi-Isolo Local Government. LASG GIVES ULTIMATUM TO TANK FARM OPERATORS ON PLANNING PERMIT

The Lagos State Government has given Tank Farm Operators seven days to commence the process of regularising their facilities by submitting applications for Planning Permit.
