OLADEINDE LATEEF OLAWALE was born in Isale Eko, Lagos Island, Lagos on 9thJanuary, 1964.
He attended Salvation Army Primary School, Ebute Metta from 1969 – 1975 and later proceeded to Metropolitan College, Isolowhere he obtained WASC in 1980. He briefly worked as an Audit Clerk at Doyin Motors Limited, Orile Iganmu between 1980 – 1983 and gained admission into the Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic between 1983-1985 where he obtained Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Urban and Regional Planning. Between 1986-1988, he was admitted into Yaba College of Technology and obtain Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban and Regional Planning. He served at the then Gongola State Urban Planning Authority, Jimeta, Yola now Adamawa State between 1988-1989.
He worked briefly with Messrs. Comprehensive Urban Development Consultant at Glover Street, Ebute-Metta between 1990-1992 and later appointed to the Lagos State Civil Service on February 14th 1992 as Higher Technical Officer GL 08 with the appointment confirmed on 14th February 1994. OladeindeLateef Olawale in his quest to be more relevant in the State Civil Service applied for study leave with pay which was granted by the State Government to undergo a 2 years Post GraduateProfessional Diploma in Urban and regional Planning, Yaba College of Technology between 1996-1998. This programme gave him the advantage to be converted from Technical to Professional Cader in the State Civil Service in 2008. Oladeinde is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners and Registered Town Planner with Town Planning Registration Council.
